Not an Idle hand could be found

Mayra, Sherry, Elise, Kiera and Caleb were on “orphan duty”!! We started by taking the boys to the park to play games! This time it was a relay race with eggs on a spoon and a rousing game of Monkey in the Middle! These little guys have enough energy for all of us!!

Round two of painting for Hannah, Shae-lynn, Kechia, Chloe, Maria and Rebecca!!! There was some debate between Chloe and Kechia as to proper rolling technique but I think they worked it out! The room looked beautiful and fresh when they were done!!
Wes, Mark and Nathaniel kept on working on the showers!! Still no water so please keep praying, but we are persevering!!! God will work in His timing!

Helbert, Laura and Shinead worked to hang all the bikes on the wall; freeing up more play space in the yard! I don’t know who is more fierce with a drill, Laura or Helbert! It was smoke’n! :-)

Back at the orphanage later it was time for a few more games, hearing a Bible story (this time Gideon and the Midianites), learning a verse, the books of the Bible and making a shield as the craft! We are really enjoying getting to know the boys and slowly but surely learning all of their names!

Shinead, and Kechia got to hear Frenando’s testimony for the first time today! It touched their hearts greatly and ended with a huge hug from Fernando!
A little fun at the end of the day with a water bottle. Larry is such a good sport!
The last pictures are of Mayra and the girls prepared the lesson for the boys for tomorrow late into the eve! Now that’s dedication!!!!!

And so this evening after a “mid-trip, how are you doing?” meeting we are tucking into bed tired but content to be in the middle of God’s amazing will!! He is truly blessing, guarding, and keeping each one of us in the palm of his hand!!

Thank you to all who have posted comments! It means so much to us to know that we are being supported from home!
